Warranty for Our Refurbished PCs

Coverage: The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and malfunctions that may occur in the computer. This includes hardware and software issues that are inherent to the product’s design and assembly.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by the customer or third parties, whether intentional or unintentional, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental Damage: Damages resulting from accidents, spills, drops, or impacts that cause physical harm to the computer.
  • Misuse and Negligence: Any damage resulting from the customer’s improper use, lack of care, or failure to follow the instructions for proper use, maintenance guidelines, or recommended environmental conditions.
  • Unauthorized Repairs/Modifications: Damage caused by attempts to repair, modify, or disassemble the computer by individuals not authorized by BrianzaTech.
  • Electrical Issues: Damage resulting from power surges, improper voltage use, or other electrical problems.
  • Software and Data Issues: Problems related to software installation, data loss, or data corruption caused by the customer’s actions or third-party software installation.
  • Operating System Removal: Deletion or removal of the original operating system by the customer or third parties, whether intentional or accidental.
  • External Peripherals: Any damage to external devices or accessories not supplied by BrianzaTech.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use over time.

Warranty Claim Procedure: Should you encounter any issues covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the warranty claim process and arrange for necessary evaluations and repairs, provided the issue falls within our coverage.

Important Notice: It is your responsibility to handle the computer with care, follow usage instructions, and protect it from any damages. Any damage caused by the exclusions mentioned above will not be covered by the warranty.
